Prices & Availability

We do not hike our prices during school holiday or peak seasons; we offer an annual flat rate tariff of £99 per night for the accommodation based on two sharing – this includes breakfast which consists of fresh fruit, granola, bran flakes, organic yoghurts, tip tree preserves, toast and fresh muffins with either bacon or sausages and eggs - all locally sourced.

Minimum stays

We have a minimum of a two-night booking during high season but will accept one night bookings where we have availability.

The camper van bed

Additional charges apply for the single camper van bed which is £20 for children aged 8-12 years and £30 for aged 12 years and above. We do not advise this is used for children under the age of 8 due to the steep steps.

The camper van bed

This bed has been a real hit with children; they love this adventure. It’s all White Company bed linen for the children too – we figure they should also be spoilt!

And we also have a full size 3ft mattress which can be used in the master bedroom for children under 8 years old, at an additional charge of £15 per night.

Dog friendly bed and breakfastDog-friendly bed and breakfast

We will accept one well behaved dog by prior arrangement only, this is agreed on a trust basis that you will not have pets on the furniture or beds.

You must bring your own pet bed with you please.

There is a charge of £7.50 per night for a dog. We also reserve the right to decline pets at any time.

Payment methods

We do not accept debit or credit cards – payment should be via cheque in advance or BACs transfer. Details will be supplied at time of booking.

Booking conditions

Upon accepting your booking we will require a deposit of 50% within 48 hours to confirm your booking with us.  Should you need to cancel or amend your dates we will only refund monies paid where we are able to re-let your room. Please read our full terms and condtions here (pdf).


If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice you will forfeit all monies paid as it is unlikely we will be able to re-let you room at such short notice. It is therefore advisable to ensure you have holiday insurance to cover your loss in the unfortunate event of you needing to cancel your holiday.
